These costs are minimal—typically less than $10/month for most clients, depending on customer volume. However, one possible exception is the first month, which may be significantly higher if we decide to send review requests to a large backlog of your previous customers.

Question 6: How long does it take to set this up for my business?

Our onboarding call typically takes about 60 minutes, during which we’ll connect our system to your CRM. For simpler setups, it may take less time, while more complex scenarios could require a bit longer.

The longest part of the process, though something we handle entirely for you, is setting up the phone number used for sending texts. This number must be A2P certified, a process that usually takes 3–5 days for approval. (A2P certification ensures your business is authorized to send text messages through verified phone numbers, improving message deliverability and ensuring compliance with carrier regulations.)

Question 7: Can I track the progress of new reviews?

Absolutely! We’ll guide you through logging into our dashboard, where you can easily track your reviews and analytics.

Question 8: Is there a minimum contract length?

No contracts—cancel anytime and come back anytime!

If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, we’ll immediately terminate your service and you won’t be billed. If you cancel after the trial period, you'll continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle, whether that’s monthly or yearly.
